Do not submit government ID, minors' information, nudity, private intimate images, medical details, financial account details, or unrelated sensitive information through public forms. If HGM later needs formal identity, tax, or payment documents, that should happen through a secure provider or dedicated process.

3. How We Use Information

HGM uses submitted information to review campaign fit, respond to inquiries, qualify venues, protect talent and clients, generate quotes, coordinate approved work, administer payments and payouts, create campaign briefs, investigate reports, improve forms, measure paid traffic, and maintain business records.

HGM may use automation or AI-assisted tools to summarize leads, flag risk, draft briefs, support matching, or assist admin review. HGM still treats sensitive decisions, safety issues, payment release, and campaign approval as human-review workflows.

4. How We Share Information

HGM may share information with service providers that help operate the site and business, including hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, security, analytics, ads measurement, automation, and customer-support tools.

HGM may share limited campaign information with talent only when needed to evaluate or coordinate approved work. HGM may share limited talent information with clients only when needed for approved campaign coordination and content-rights approval.

HGM may disclose information if required by law, legal process, safety needs, payment disputes, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, corporate transactions, or to protect rights, property, and people.

5. Sale, Sharing, Ads, And Cookies

HGM does not sell private roster information or talent contact details. HGM may use analytics or advertising pixels to understand paid-traffic performance, retarget site visitors, and measure lead events when those tools are configured.

Some jurisdictions define targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or certain ad measurement as a sale or sharing of personal information. If applicable, HGM will honor legally required opt-out rights once those ad systems are active.

6. Email And Communications

By submitting a form, you authorize HGM to contact you about the request, application, report, campaign, payment, safety matter, or related business follow-up. Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe or opt-out path when required.

Inbound emails to HGM addresses may be routed through email providers and reviewed by HGM operators for support and business operations.

7. Retention

HGM keeps information for as long as needed to review inquiries, run campaigns, maintain safety records, process payments, support accounting, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve operations.

Rejected, abandoned, or old applications may be deleted, archived, or de-identified when they are no longer needed. Safety reports, payment records, and legal records may be kept longer.

8. Security

HGM uses practical safeguards such as access control, restricted admin surfaces, bot protection, managed hosting, provider security, and limited operational access. No online system is perfectly secure.

Applicants should submit only professional JPG, PNG, or WebP images or professional public/shareable links. Where direct upload is enabled, HGM stores files in restricted private storage for roster review and internal operations rather than publishing open public object URLs by default.

Do not upload government ID, minors, nudity, intimate images, or unrelated sensitive files. HGM may remove files that violate policy, create safety risk, or are no longer needed for roster review or dispute handling.

9. Cross-Border Processing

HGM may process and store information in Canada, the United States, and other locations where service providers operate. Privacy rights and government-access rules may differ by jurisdiction.

By submitting information, you understand that HGM may use cross-border providers to operate the site, database, email, payment, security, analytics, and automation workflows.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, withdraw consent, opt out of marketing, opt out of certain targeted ads, or limit use of sensitive information. HGM will honor applicable rights after verifying the request.

Withdrawing consent or deleting certain information may prevent HGM from reviewing an application, coordinating a campaign, processing payment, handling a safety report, or preserving records required for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.
