Talent agreement

Talent agreement overview.

These terms explain the baseline expectations for applicants and roster talent: eligibility, boundaries, photo review, campaign offers, content rights, safety, and payout rules. Final campaign terms are confirmed in writing before booking.

1. Application Is Not Acceptance

Submitting a talent application does not guarantee approval, work, payment, profile publication, campaign matching, or any minimum number of offers.

HGM may approve, reject, pause, remove, or request more information from applicants based on city coverage, campaign fit, professional conduct, safety concerns, availability, eligibility, or business needs.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must be adults and legally eligible to work on the campaigns they accept. Some venues, alcohol-related activations, nightlife contexts, or regulated work may require a higher local age or additional documentation.

Applicants must provide accurate contact, city, availability, comfort, skill, and profile information. Do not submit information or images for someone else without authorization.

3. Professional Marketing Only

HGM talent may only participate in legitimate commercial marketing, content, event, demo, hosting, sampling, launch, pop-up, and lead-capture work approved by HGM.

Escorting, dating, companionship, sexual services, private entertainment, nudity, touching, flirtation requirements, private-residence bookings, hotel-room bookings, or off-platform private arrangements are not allowed through HGM.

4. Photos, Portfolio Links, And Likeness

Talent may submit professional headshot, full-length, event, social, or portfolio links for internal roster review and campaign matching. Do not submit minors, government ID, nudity, private intimate images, or sexualized photos.

Submitting photo links allows HGM to review them internally for roster fit and matching. Public website use, client sharing beyond matching needs, campaign content use, paid ad use, or broader likeness use requires campaign-specific approval or written terms.

5. Campaign Offers

Each campaign offer should identify the client or campaign context, role, city, venue type, date, time, expected duties, wardrobe guidance, content expectations, pay, usage rights, cancellation terms, and safety notes where available.

Talent may decline an offer. Accepting an offer means the talent agrees to the final written campaign terms and will follow the approved brief, boundaries, schedule, and escalation path.

6. Payment And Payouts

Payout terms are campaign-specific. HGM may use fixed offers, hourly estimates, bonuses, deposits, balances, or other payout structures depending on the quote and client payment status.

Unless written terms say otherwise, talent payout is released only after client funds clear, campaign completion is confirmed, required content or recap duties are complete, and no unresolved safety, conduct, no-show, fraud, or payment issue blocks release.

Talent is responsible for taxes, local reporting, and any required contractor or employment documentation unless a written worker classification agreement states otherwise.

7. Conduct And Safety

Talent must act professionally, arrive prepared, follow the campaign brief, respect venue rules, avoid intoxication or unsafe conduct, protect client property, and treat clients, customers, staff, and other talent respectfully.

Talent should report unsafe venues, harassment, scope changes, discriminatory requests, off-platform access attempts, payment issues, or boundary violations promptly through HGM's incident flow or support channel.

8. Content And Disclosure Duties

Talent must follow approved content instructions, usage terms, confidentiality rules, and required advertising or endorsement disclosures for any posts, testimonials, reviews, or creator-style content.

Talent should not make misleading claims about a product, service, health outcome, earnings opportunity, client, or campaign. When a post or appearance is sponsored, compensated, gifted, or otherwise materially connected, disclosures may be required.

9. Cancellations, No-Shows, And Removal

Late cancellations, no-shows, unapproved substitutions, boundary violations, unsafe conduct, dishonesty, harassment, theft, private arrangements, or breach of campaign terms may reduce or block payout and may lead to removal from the roster.

HGM may pause a talent profile, withhold matching, investigate reports, or remove a participant when needed to protect people, clients, payments, or platform integrity.

10. Independent Review Required

This page is an operating overview, not a complete employment, contractor, tax, or legal agreement. Worker classification, local labor rules, tax paperwork, insurance, and regulated venue requirements should be reviewed before scale in each city or jurisdiction.
